Quickly rising young artist Alexa Wilkinson was "discovered" by Josh Kelley in 2006. She has since written or co-written hundreds of songs and recorded her debut album "Lullaby Appetite," released in July 2007 on DNK Records (owned by Josh Kelley.) Virtually a self-taught musician, Alexa plays the guitar and trumpet as well as has a beautiful voice that "grabs you right away" (as described by Cybersmusic.com.) She has toured the US from coast to coast over the past year, opening for Josh Kelley, The Samples, Griffin House, and Joshua Radin. She has had two songs featured on MTV’s “The Hills” and has made several appearances on TV and radio morning shows around the country. In early 2008, Alexa collaborated with former A&R exec and songwriter Marshal Altman to produce her second album “Lions”, which hit the streets in Summer, 2008
